Semi-private instruction from the best coaches in Alabama.  Each player will receive (4) 60-minute sessions of individual coaching tailored to instruct the player intrested in advancing their skills at the attack position.  Instructions range from advanced throwing and catching to advanced shooting and dodging instruction as well as field awareness and movement.  Classes will begin in October.
